Asian Something-or-another

Tonight's dinner is Asian style noodles (teriyaki dressing) with broccoli, carrots, celery, garlic and faux chicken. The "chicken" is by a company called Quron. We used their "Chik'n Tenders". Their stuff ROCKS! It's not soy, it's actually a mushroom-style fungi thing. I'm so sad that they stopped selling their hotdogs in my area because they are the only veggie hotdogs that don't make me gag!

Tomorrow is soccer and cub scouts so I may or may not post dinner tomorrow.
