Green Chili Casserole

Green Chili Casserole w/Cheesy Mexican Rice






Green Chili Casserole
8-10 Eggs
1 large can diced green chili
1 cup sour cream
Mexican cheese
Enchilada sauce

Mix it all together, toss in a baking dish and bake at 375 F until done. Top with enchilada sauce.

That looks great! We had a breakfast type meal last night too!

Minute steaks and cheesy scrambled eggs rolled in a tortilla. Sliced tomatoes on the side.
